Acceptance
By using Refrase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The Service
Refrase provides LLM-powered prompt enhancement through the web app and browser extension. Quick mode rewrites a prompt in one pass. Guided mode may ask clarifying questions before producing the final prompt.
Billing
Refrase Pro is $9/month after a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. You can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged, or cancel later and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Trial cancellations prevent the first charge. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billed, but if something went wrong with billing or service access, contact support@refrase.cc and we will review it.
Your Content
You own your prompts. We don't use your prompts to train AI models. Enhancement history is stored in your account with a 90-day retention window unless you delete your account sooner.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Refrase to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content. Don't abuse the API with excessive requests. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Refrase is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
